Information you send us. When you submit the quote form or call us, we receive what you provide: your name, phone number, email address, job location, and a description of the work. We use a third-party form service (Web3Forms) to deliver form submissions to our email.
Information collected automatically. We use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used — pages visited, approximate location (city level), device and browser type, and how you arrived at the site. Google Analytics uses cookies for this. It does not give us your name or contact information.
How we use it

What we don't do
- We do not sell your personal information
- We do not share your contact information with third parties for their own marketing

We share information only with service providers that make the site and business work (form delivery, email, analytics, advertising platforms for campaign measurement), with subcontractors or suppliers when needed to perform your job, and when required by law.

Retention
We keep inquiry and job records as long as needed for business, warranty, insurance, and legal purposes, then delete or anonymize them.
